Justin Amash to Establishment Challenger: “You Owe My family and this Community an Apology”

Justin Amash is one of the nation’s most fierce defenders of liberty, and voters in his district saw fit to elect him back into office yet again.

But not before Republican challenger Brian Ellis attempted to run “the nastiest campaign” in the country against Amash.

Despite the mud-slinging and vitriolic rhetoric, Ellis was left with nothing to show for his efforts other than a big loss.

But Amash wasn’t so quick to let the bedraggled Republican off the hook.

In his victory speech he said, “Brian Ellis, you owe my family and this community an apology… You had the audacity to try to call me today after running a campaign that was called ‘the nastiest in the country… I ran for office to stop people like you.”

I am encouraged by the electioon of Justin Amash. It proves that the tea party still has influnce about people voting. I hope all the canadates endorsed by the tea party win the election this November, and in 2016.

The old guard Republican party needs to wake up and join the 20th century. I know it is the 21st century, but if they would even get up to the 20th century it would be a huge step.
